I have the Bose QC45 and I often just put them on specifically for noise cancellation, without even listening to anything. Especially when working in an office. They're really freaking good.

Yep, it's the ADHD struggle huh. It's difficult for neurotypicals to understand and I get why - it makes no logical sense. "Hanging on by a thread" is perfect for our experience. Just waiting for the next thing that we forgot that will snip that thread.

Yeah... Making medical appointments is anti-dopamine. The worst! How about they treat the undiagnosed ADHD which is causing anxiety and depression, rather than treating comorbidities due to not being "seen". This sort of thing riles me up.
