Move over spaghetti squash, dinner last night was zucchini noodles with angry prawns (aka spicy pan fried shrimp). Definitely not tricking anyone into thinking it's pasta but it IS tasty! It makes a big difference when you spiralize the zucchini fresh and they're pretty affordable. Added bonus is the kiddo might have fun doing it! Can't wait till the zucchini comes straight from the garden! A few more weeks.

Zucchini noodles are awesome. I didn't know that they were a thing until my gf introduced them to me. Now I love themš¤¤
