Meme proliferation is often shrugged off as an unserious and juvenile aspect of Nouns. 

But I’m increasingly convinced that meme proliferation is *the* thing. It has downstream impacts on governance, public goods and building things but the meme is the highest order thing. 

Nouns should invest much more in this sid

it’s also a very tractable and fun problem to work on. it took not that many hours to set in motion a super bowl commercial and feature documentary / giant float in the rose parade. what else can we achieve?
