Earning medals... in my opinion, it's a very complex set of factors where your work needs to be good enough for people to agree to spend their tips. it can also be used to maintain good manners and relationships between person A and B. Or, for some people, they might just use their tips on whatever work comes into their first sight, burning their daily tips so they dont miss out on the tipper's grant.
If I cast something incredibly beautiful, but it has nothing to do with Hunt, what are the chances people will clap for it? They might still clap for the beautiful work because it's their tip, their choice, but it's less likely. If I cast something silly with no quality, but made everyone laugh or feel happy for the day, people might clap for that cast, and they might not.
Simplifying the factors might help, 1. Quality of work with motive, 2. Building good relationships, 3. Consistency.
There are so many tactics and strategies to play with, not just capped at Hunt! 1 reply
