That tweet is really disingenuous. Suggesting there's been cheating ("supposed to believe") when it's mixing two different elections with entirely different mechanisms, which explain the supposed discrepancy. By the way: even that party does not claim there's been cheating.

This is absolutely not surprising 🤷‍♂️ 
European election are proportional, 1 round only type of elections.
Parliamentary elections are 2 rounds, with a lot of alliances and withdrawal between round 1 and 2, most of them happening *against* Le Pen's party.
