Uluru, also known as Ayers Rock, is a large sandstone rock formation in the southern part of the Northern Territory in Central Australia. This rock is located 335 km southwest of Alice Springs and is 450 km away from the road. Uluru along with Kata Juta are the two major sights in Uluru-Katajuta National Park
