The Australian Federal Police (AFP) has announced that it has seized $6.4 million (A$9.3 million) by discovering the seed phrase of a digital currency wallet. This wallet belongs to the developer of the encrypted app Ghost, which has been used for illegal activities. Scott Raven, the acting commander of the AFP, said this operation shows the technical expertise of this organization in dealing with criminal groups. The seizure is part of a wider Kraken operation that has so far resulted in 46 arrests and the confiscation of 30 illegal weapons.
