As far as ops go, we’ve had countless conversations related to that work, how and what needed to be done with little to no cash available to do so. For the folks who “stepped up” only offered my documents to organize but never took the reins. 

Outside of you and other 
contributors no one attended meetings

I can't speak for that person only theorize maybe they wanted to know what they were getting involved with before committing time effort and further resources

I think that is a reasonable ask.
