picking builders would be 2 flows:
1. inbound - id setup an ai for screening and then spot check
2. outbound - constantly building myself and watching the space, it's clear who's good

selection bias is normal and ok, as long as

the projects get built, tokens get launched, and the invested dollars 
get returned
