FSD V13.x's ability to guess green lights... in this example it starts to move even before the cross walk changes, so it's not that. To me it looks like it sees cross traffic stopping and guesses my turn's soon, but moves forward too fast. https://t.co/1a4vibPyir

Having Hurry mode on roads over 50mph seems to completely fix speed degradation and slow speeds. Fastest I've seen is 62 in a 55 while on Hurry. Want to go slower? Use a different mode! Yay! Thanks @Tesla_AI https://t.co/IcZIRI8gZi
