Did you know Mick Jagger and the Rolling Stones funded a $32,000 lighting upgrade for Prague Castle? After their 1995 Voodoo Lounge tour stop in Prague, they met with President Václav Havel—a rock fan and longtime friend. Noticing the castle’s dim lighting, they funded upgrades for four grand halls, including the Spanish Hall. Their tour lighting designer, Patrick Woodroffe, handled the setup, and they even gave Havel a remote to control the chandeliers and spotlights.

I never knew this and I grew up at the riverside, watching Prague castle from my childhood room's window. This is amazing.
