Ive found so many similar cases... 

This user got a powerbadge with 0 casts and just 2 replies... 

Some of us been actively posting quality content for months and never got one.

Theres no transparency on how PB or allowance is distributed... I think someone owns us an explanation... 

Are PB hand picked?? did the algo skip such an obvious case??

he is famous, so he doesnt need to meet the pb criteria?? I he had casted everyday he would have got great engage, but he aparently doesnt give a fuck about wc... so why does he deserve pb more than anyone else?

I dont care who gets the badge as long as its a fair game for all.. hand picked pb make me doubt about the whole credibility of this system...
