Ive found so many similar cases... 

This user got a powerbadge with 0 casts and just 2 replies... 

Some of us been actively posting quality content for months and never got one.

Theres no transparency on how PB or allowance is distributed... I think someone owns us an explanation... 

Are PB hand picked?? did the algo skip such an obvious case??

you can find lots of them using some dune dashboard, actually
the only logic I see here is that they're developers, but that's still bad
the only way to ask devs frontally about it is if some big influencer with >50k followers would post that. but who's gonna listen to us? 10 people maximum. Influencers don't want to post such things :)

actually there's the only way to be heard: become an influencer! you'd make more noise having 50k followers and power badge and making just one post about it, than making tons of posts having no power badge and <10k followers. that's how the world works :)
