This is awesome! What happens when there are multiple requests from members to pin and notify? Is it processed in order? And does the pinned cast have a lifetime until the next one shows up? or does the channel moderator have to review/approve before allowing the pin?

there probably should be some cooldown period that's in effect if there are a lot of submissions
