The definitive playbook for launching a credibly neutral memecoin on BASE:
Unlike current memecoin playbooks, it requires 0 liquidity contribution. 
I ran this playbook for $OVER/$BACK and here's how you can do it for your own memecoin. 🧵

1. Use this contract. No taxes, no black/whitelist, no owner, no trading cooldown, etc. 
Modify it to use the amount of supply you want. All the supply is minted at the start.

2. Set up a uniswap v3 liquidity pool with your memecoin/eth.
Use single sided liquidity so that you don't need to supply eth.
Single sided liquidity allows you to set the starting price of a memecoin so that a bot can't immediately buy 100% of the supply.

I used a starting price of 0.0000000075/WETH which puts a total marketcap of ~$30k to start with

Set these parameters for the pool:
- Fee tier: 0.01% (we'll be burning the LP position so set to the lowest fees possible)
- Low price ETH per MEMECOIN: 0.0000000075
- High price: ∞
- Deposit amount: All except your team allocation

It should look like this.
The lowest fee tier for this was 0.05% on Sepolia, but you should be able to set it to 0.01%
Make sure you have the right tokens selected when doing this.
I recommend setting an allocation no more than 5%. We used 2.5% for both $OVER and $BACK

3. Once you have your LP NFT, send it to the 0xdead address. The LP contract prevents you from sending it to the zero address so you have to use the 0xdead address or another similar one. To do this, you can use Opensea since uniswap v3 NFTs aren't supported on metamask.

Congratulations, you're done with the onchain side. Now off to posting memes galore for days to come.
