I've just had the most amazing time with the head of marketing at a hotel in lomé, he reminds me of my father, we were talking father and son, he answered all my concerns and vice versa, he puts himself at the side of his customers and understands their needs, I must say he's the best employee in the hotel, the people at reception are also amazing.
