Day 9: Breathing meditation with visualisation 🌬️ Different session today with visualisation of breathing in and out. This helped me from my mind drifting, which is completely normal. Exercise: walking, running and cardio. Made it to 10K+ steps. Fasting: 16:8. Skipping today and starting after lunch tomorrow.
