Azure beats the crap out of AWS on anything related to auth. AWS solutions are patchy and not well-designed, whereas Entra is imo the best enterprise solution for auth there is

I’ve yet to see anything that moves that quick. Fly.io is the quickest CLI-to-VM machine I’ve seen that does require an account, but the sign-up is super quick. Pulumi is good too, but also needs an account.

The best piece of info I got from DevOps Days Seattle yesterday was the concept of the LORM stack, coined by John Willis, which attempts to break down the common Gen-AI components in a stack that’s easier to understand. He pulled inspiration from the LAMP stack, which has defined the primary web stack for years.
