The gaias AGI theory does not hold water...using some gambling degen's data to train a model will not succeed at producing AGI where Google, Anthropic, DARPA, Meta and many others with near infinite resources have failed. What is mildly interesting is 🧵 👇

...the bit about using Q-learning to train AI players at specific games and gambling on the AI agents play. This could be fun, from a technical perspective could actually work, and I hope creates a market for skilled gamers to sell their data to AI trainers

basically, but nothing about that data will be used to train anything that would be anywhere remotely close to anything AGI, let alone narrow AI.
