What's going on with the consistent bad decisions at EigerLayer? Feels like that team being responsible for $5B is a bit risky no?

Has there been that many bad decisions? Generally seems like people are holding them to a higher standard / really highlighting any mistake. reminds me how people treated coinbase in 2021. But curious what bad decisions stick out to you?

Most of the times when a protocol does good decisions it's not picked up outside the community, only errors get momentum and a spotlight. The selling error was clearly influenced by compliance fears, but what other bad decisions are you talking about? The transferability?
