What's going on with the consistent bad decisions at EigerLayer? Feels like that team being responsible for $5B is a bit risky no?

They just got scammed (probably) by a very basic email attack, speaks to lack of basic processes. The first airdrop had its issues also

Has there been that many bad decisions? Generally seems like people are holding them to a higher standard / really highlighting any mistake. reminds me how people treated coinbase in 2021. 

But curious what bad decisions stick out to you?

Most of the times when a protocol does good decisions it's not picked up outside the community, only errors get momentum and a spotlight. 

The selling error was clearly influenced by compliance fears, but what other bad decisions are you talking about? The transferability?
