1. Ethereum is ready for institutional adoption. The L2 roadmap has unlocked capacity to bring the financial system onchain, into the largest and most battle tested ecosystem. The time is right for orgs like @etherealizeio to scale up business development for finance.

2. The Etherealize team saw a gap in the ecosystem and stepped up to fill it. The EF is always eager to support and work alongside teams who identify problems and take action themselves to push Ethereum forward and grow the ecosystem
