How can folks join and contribute to the growth of the foundation and ecosystem formally or informally?

there are a very large number of ways to contribute to Ethereum, depending on your skillsets and capacity! Some easy ones I can think of: - Educating others about Ethereum (e.g. host a meetup in your city) - Create content about Ethereum (blog posts, documentation, newsletters...) - Build apps on Ethereum, and use apps built on Ethereum - Contribute content to Ethereum.org (https://ethereum.org/en/contributing/) - Apply to one of the EF's fellowship or internship programs (https://nxbn.ethereum.foundation/fellowship, https://blog.ethereum.org/2024/11/16/announcing-ef-internship-program, https://github.com/eth-protocol-fellows) - Get involved in important Ethereum forums, like https://ethresear.ch/ or https://ethereum-magicians.org/ or https://www.reddit.com/r/ethereum/
