Also first question! /devconnect reads like a decentralized /devcon , but all of the success of /devcon (at least last year) looked very managed by @ethereumfndn

I'm not sure exactly what your question is, but yes the idea of Devconnect is to be less "centrally planned" by us, and include sub-events managed by different orgs in the ecosystem

I think there's a place for both kind of events, and we're always iterating on each format
