Non-builders (including me) are the Scouts. We will Scout builders by collecting their Scout Game NFTs. Then when they do things to earn points, we will earn points for them being on our team.

So this is like we invest to them? If we earn poin from them doing thing. Is the poin get splits among ppl who add them on their team?
