Very very few people are truly made for remote work in a team. Not working solo projects. But working within a team.

It's a very hard thing to do and 95% of the people I have met and worked with do not have the patience, discipline or communication skills for it.

I think software developers are the anomaly here.

Most teams I’ve worked with have several devs who are full remote and they crush it.

Marketing/Sales people on the other hand…they need the face to face interaction. Gotta high five in person. 🖐️
