This week I built a minimal smart contract that works like a crypto-mixer, and deployed it to @base. 

When you deposit it gives you an encrypted unique id and when coming back to withdraw, it makes sure you use an entirely different wallet address to make withdrawal while having to submit the unique id, no zkp included though.

I've always been fascinated with how some crypto-mixers like tornado cash make use of zero knowledge proofs of a merkle proof for privacy or anonymity reasons, the blockchain is public but you would agree with me that some certain transactions or data needs to be private, while crypto-mixers don't actually prevent the data or transactions from been public, it helps remove the direct link of a depositor and a withdrawal, it made me wonder what if there is an implementation of tornado cash, but with Verkle Trees instead and it is deployed to @base 

That would really be amazing, I won't be surprised if it's already been worked on as we speak.
