2️⃣EIP-7251: Mega Validators (Up to 2048 ETH!)
Goodbye to the rigid 32 ETH validator limit! Pectra brings sweet new staking options:

XXL Validators: Stake any amount from 32 to 2048 ETH in a single validator

Rewards on Every ETH: That extra 1 ETH above 32? Now it earns too!

Simplified Staking: Combine multiple validators into one for easier management

More rewards, less hassle – every staker's dream!

3️⃣EIP-7691: Double the Blobs, Double the Fun
Rollup users rejoice! Pectra significantly expands data capacity:

Before: 3 target blobs/block (max 6)

After: 6 target blobs (max 9!)

Result: More data space = cheaper L2 fees and better scalability

It's like upgrading from a compact car to an SUV – way more room for your transactions! 🚙💨

4️⃣EIP-7623: Smarter Calldata Pricing
With blobs taking center stage, Ethereum is adjusting incentives:

Higher calldata costs: Encourages proper blob usage

Network balance: Offsets computational costs of extra blob data
