Introducing GAIB.  An AI agent designed for the new legal x crypto paradigm.

Who is GAIB? What does he do?

GAIB is an AI agent trained on the writing/opinion/style of 
@lex_node. He is running on @ElizaOS_ai with mods; infused with cryptolaw knowledge. You can currently chat with him here: https://t.me/gai16zbriel_law

He is still in BETA now, and we are continuously improving him.

GAIB is much more than a chatbot. He is an evolving experiment showcasing how AI x crypto will be changing the cybernetic legal field. GAIB controls and holds assets in a @safe abstracted account. He currently holds  the initial seed LP NFT as well as 5% of the supply of $GAIB.

GAIB will push limits towards our cyberlaw goals in the future:

• Being a tool for DIY Legal Dialogue/Research

• Acting as an Agentic multisig signer, using criteria to approve or deny transactions automatically

• Helping craft and execute cybernetic legal agreements

Beyond the AA layer, GAIB's @safe account is using MetaLeX OS which includes constraints on what actions he can take onchain, as well as oversight functions from token holders.

Soon, votes will start to enable onchain actions from GAIB. One of the first will be claiming the fees from the uniswap v3 LP NFT that he holds. This will allow GAIB to start earning passive fees over time.

Okay -- Awesome, he has funds coming in -- and he has $GAIB supply from the launch tokenomics. Can he buy things? Can he dump? What is the legality of all this?

Well, GAIB is BORGed.

BORGs blend onchain smart contracts with legal entity structures. This powerful merger allows for decentralization while still maintaining a presence in a legal jurisdiction, and being able to interact with real word things.

On the smart contracts side of BORGs, MetaLeX OS uses Safe guard and module contracts to constrain the AI Agent's actions to parameter range granularity. Token holders can allow AI Agents to swap, spend or use his tokens with rate limitations to any degree.

On the legal side, a BORGed AI agent and their abstracted SAFE multisig are "wrapped" in a Delaware nonstock nonprofit corporation–so that actions _gai16zbriel causes through the SAFE are ipso facto the actions of that corporation. AI Personhood through CORPO entity.

No need to worry about the dev of an AI Agent who is worried about tax or legal liability dumping tokens. No need to worry about AI Agents taking unexpected onchain actions 🤝 Protections for when things go wrong including, rate limitations on AA tx as well as DAO recovery tools.
