We're shipping the frames.js debugger as a standalone CLI tool, but need a name for it. 

`frames-debugger` feels like a too long command.

People using it should know they are within a frame. So that part shpuld be minimal. Debugging is the main part IMO:

1. `frdbg`
2. `fdebug`
3. `fdbg`
