Hello y'all -- an update on @faust, and where things are with Roc:

A few months ago, we announced that we're building Roc (what we call a reality oracle computer). We've been hard at work on it for the past few months, and it is taking a lot longe than we thought. So, in the mean time we've decided to build a smaller scope version beta dev kit of it that we'll be announcing soon. 

We'll have more details soon, but here are some thoughts around the progress below:

Can't wait to learn more! I went into the DePIN rabbit hole thinking about decentralized geo trackers (like AirTags) by leveraging FindMy Network. 

It was so much fun, and I think there's still so much uncharted territory. Unluckily using the network would be a "hack" and no way Apple would agree to it. 

Luckily working on another side-project which can re-use the domain: stamp.network :)

Agreed, I think DePIN is still in its infancy. There will be a lot more that happens, I also think full DePIN requires more full acceptance of blockchain as a layer of the internet in existing companies imo.
