Onchain UX is becoming way too fragmented. Multiple wallets across multiple networks with multiple tokens is a nightmare to handle. Feels like the only logical outcome for new users is to have a unique account and smart wallet for every app. Connecting with a cross-platform EOA will be for power users.

It’s a win for privacy too if users have a different address for each app. The only pain then becomes funding each address and taxes. And the entire idea of onchain credentials and reputation seems to fall apart.

Also how this happens is an interesting question. Is it embedded wallets, or do you have one wallet that can manage cross app and spin up a unique address for each one like @vitalik.eth had suggested?

Users should have one wallet (in the sense of, one software package managing their keys/permissions). The wallet should be able to spin up many addresses on many networks, ideally all controlled by the same keystore.

Where do they setup that one wallet and how? Often feel like the weight of intensive key management out of the gate loses most average users at the start
