My legal background would advice to sue any platform that profits from the music nft ( OpenSea ), plays the music nft ( future tape), the ones used to mint ( decent sound catalog ). Everyone is liable to being sued if they don’t at least pretend to have anti-piracy / copyright controls to avoid it.

With 1000x more crypto projects than before 2020 and +100.000 quitting to start another crypto startup, not even the FED can print enough money to pump so many coins. I expect a lot of DOA. M&A might be the next best thing.
