Never understood what was I doing wrong, the stress increased more to the point I lost my drive for anything
The external messages were not helping
It just became a cycle

I would feel I didn't give enough to something unless I wasn't tired,or spent huge time more than necessary
I thought that's how things are done

Burnout was normalised for me. I would be scared to let go anything and tried to manage everything all at once. Maybe I was desperate for a small light I got to see, which would come back to me and burn me more.

It is funny how I never considered that I was exhausted and always kept questioning my capabilities when my "graph" started going down.

To compensate for my lack of results, I started putting even more efforts and time. And the results kept becoming worse
