longevity

i went too ham in our apartment gym's ifit bike machine yesterday (it has this virtual biking tour thing built in where the trainer rides in front of you and tells you motivational stories while pop music blares)

was totally fine until i went to that /longevity event last night

then my knees SCREAMED

Once I decided to set a record and bike to the neighboring village. When I arrived, I was completely exhausted and worried I wouldn't make it back. To make matters worse, when I stopped to buy water, my bike was stolen. I ended up getting home only at 3 in the morning :)
