If I'm not mistaken, holding 100k masks in your wallet should grant you an allowance, correct? However, the problem arises when I try to add the "🎭" icon or tip someone using the action feature—a message appears saying there's an insufficient mask balance.

You're right to ask. When you say you have trouble sending tips, does that mean you have an allowance but you can't send tips because you haven't have one?
