first, solve 1 *real* problem *extremely* well

Disagree - your USP should be zoomed in on solving a specific need that the market has yet to discover (if the market fit is too high you’re too late). One product can address multiple problems, but your positioning should focus on solving 1 problem well.

I like to add no problems but a layer 4 blockchain looking for them

If you're building a 2sided market, is solving 1 thing for just 1 side sufficient?
