To clear up some confusion on how this works now -

It used to be the first 32 players to click "register" got to play. This wasn't ideal as it just became a race to click the button, and the games would fully register in just a couple minutes

I recently changed this so that now there is no limit to how many players can register. But right as the game starts, the 32 registrants who haven't played in the longest time are entered into the game. If you are entered into the game, you will get a direct cast from the @rps-referee 

This will hopefully give everyone a chance to play and it eliminates the "registration race"

If I counted correctly, 12 players didn't make their move in the first round. Maybe it would be better to return to the old rules?

hmm I'm not sure why the new rules would affect people making moves in the first round though?
