There is an example of an airplane "As soon as the oxygen is changed, first put on yr mask then the children's mask" if u don't put yr mask on first u will pass out and u cant save baby If we don't feel good ourselves if we don't try to feel good ourselves, how can we expect to be able to influence those around us?!
