Applied, but waitlisted. Not available in the US. Have the coinbase card and cypher wallet. Would highly recommend cypher.

Yes it is. Not every transaction is settled on-chain though. We have a different perspective on this. Will be writing up about this soon. The users can load funds from MetaMask/ledger to the card and then spend.
