I enjoy unplugging from technology for extended periods of time.  If I can get at least a couple days in the mountains, doing some backpacking out of cell service, I can't be happier.

i know it's a solid meme, but touching grass is real, can greatly improve your mood.

yeah, I went on a 35 day backpacking trip once, saw about 40 people the entire time. no cell service most of the time. It was incredible.  Changed my entire, life, truly.
