Currently, BTC essentially appears to be a reflection of USD liquidity. It has attributes of a store of value, but only modestly so. As an individual asset, BTC offers better liquidity than any single U.S. stock. We can consider BTC as the canary in the coal mine for U.S. stocks; it falls before they do and rises after them. When liquidity is tight, people sell off their BTC first; when they have made money and funds are more plentiful, they buy back into BTC.
