I am practicing medicine in a village, I see people who, according to our reference books, should not be alive! I really don't know if the books are wrong or if these people are different from the rest of the world

I had a patient who had one of his heart vessels blocked and a stent was placed on his heart, and he was not taking any medicine, unbelievable 😑

So dtreng but i think ptients who do not comply with their medical treatment may witness the outcomes or results of their actions.

Although frustrating as someone with the medical knowledge knowing  the important of compliance, I also think it very important to get context and understand the why.
