What % do you think should be spent in that period? 

I lean towards a high % given the current momentum of attention and growth rate of treasury.

I’d place over 80% on bounties and experiments. 

Currently there is a high opportunity cost for you since it’s so early and experimental. Incentivize people doing things for you, which brings more attention. Pay outsized amounts to get some competed examples on the board. 

Being too cautious with capital may risk the chances of the potential you have and leave the current attention you have on the table.
