Stand With Crypto, a political advocacy organization led by Coinbase, has launched a legal defense fund for NFT projects. The fund, called the Creator Legal Defense Fund, is $6 million and is supported by a16z and OpenSea. Last month, OpenSea received a Wells notice from the U.S. SEC.
