DAO secretary @limes.eth introduced SafeNotes, a new standard for spending transparency, enabling teams to annotate multisig transactions with descriptions and categories, turning raw blockchain data into clear records.

Seems like a no brainer for flows or even Nouns DAO. We can even automate some of this imo. If you make it so you have some dropdowns on props or make it a required field, you can have this flow down and tag tx easily. This would provide richer data for folks.

Example: Prop is for Public Goods. We can now run a search and add up the total we spent on Public Goods in a year. Another example is Admin/Legal and etc. This would really bring the level of transparency we all want in our governments but with DAOs/Nouns leading the way.
