Have a question for the devs in here.

I’ve you had the opportunity to support young NIL athletes through tokenized self-belief (will be co-funded if we come up with a strategy), thinking of an app where multiple top talented athletes stats & scores are getting tracked and then those athletes can receive community votes to get funded through our funding pool. 

This web3 app need features like 
-tracking athletes performance
-tracking stats & sports 
-weekly Voting for community 
-Registration form for interested athletes 
-many more 

The goal is to support top talented young professionals who are not able to make it because of lack of financial background.

I am running a contractor business for 7 years now but I have absolutely zero clue about coding. 

Where to start? Would love to get some input 💙
