How do I know frame transactions are safe?

There's no such thing as 100% safe, but we do a few things to help keep you safe.

1. Domain allowlist — developers register a domain with Warpcast before we'll enable transaction support without significant warnings.

My coinbase wallet wiped itself this morning. I had to use my seedphrase to recover my wallet. 
I had two other addresses setup with the coinbase wallet. Only one had a digital asset. Those two addresses were not backed up. I'm curious about the recovery process since the wallet is marketed for normies.
