Now that the stablecoin bill is out of committee, what are the next steps? Is my understanding correct:

1. Senate leadership decides if bill gets standalone airtime / vote on senate floor or if hitched to another piece of legislation 

2. Senate Vote

3. Matching with the House

4. Revised bill voted on again by both House and Senate 

5. Presidents desk 

Does that cover it?

The stablecoin bill is bad. Entrenching circle and usdc is bad. Banning and outlying decentralized stablecoins which have higher safety ratings then the centralized ones is bad.

It's all part of an elaborate scam to inflate tvl numbers over the short term, which are used to justify higher FDV, so projects can dump on the few real users faster at higher valuations. 

The math is insane and the whales have all the leverage.

How can this make sense? Where does the the yield come from?

Basically every successful defi protocol launched in the last year is cheating. 

Large LPs, market makers, and whale family offices are making 15% APY minimum on their ETH, guaranteed and risk-free by depositing in defi protocols, who pay massive bribes under the table.
