It's insane when people compare Threads to Clubhouse

Absolutely zero ability to distinguish between an upstart app by a couple guys with no execution experience and a targeted killshot by the established leader in social over the past decade

There's no shortage of bad takes on the internet designed to conjure outrage & engagement. Looks like its working.

lol maybe not directly related but i think the hype that crypto/nft twitter has around thread is annoying tbh. people are literally tweeting that they're "bullish" on thread . net, that it's amazing for the crypto community, etc. all i see is another web2 app
