has anybody checked out clusters by @0xfoobar? what do we think? imo the harberger tax mechanism is actually pretty interesting and the boosts are cool too i dont personally care about having a name on other non-EVM chains but cool to have a name across eth L2s feel like ENS has such strong dapp network effects tho

One key thing, doing a modified harberger (capped demand-based renewal fees) that still gives min guarantee ownership times, overcoming the primary harberger failure mode
